Friends, this past weekend was a blur of the best kind.
I made it into the finals of the Austin Film Festival Fiction Podcast Competition, and got to rub elbows and ears with some of the best in the business. The creators of Limetown shared their experience and expertise with us over the four day conference, taking us from idea to launch and beyond. I went to amazing panels and had great conversations with Lauren Shippen of the Bright Sessions, KC Wayland of We’re Alive and Bronzeville, Mac Rogers of Steal the Stars, and more. My head is so stuffed with knowledge I feel like a Jenny relleno.
Thank you to the Austin Film Festival, and to Fabienne Harford in particular, for such an amazing opportunity and a jam-packed conference. I look forward to being a part of it all over again next year!
